Party Room Rental Agreement at The Pickle Jar

Acknowledgment and Agreement: By reserving the party room at The Pickle Jar, the reserving party acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Rental Period: The rental period is as per the reservation made by the Lessee. The Lessee agrees to vacate the party room promptly at the end of the reserved time.

• Rental Fee: The Lessee agrees to pay the rental fee as stated at the time of reservation. This fee must be paid in full before the start of the rental period.

• Security Deposit: A $150 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be refunded after the rental period, provided the party room is left clean and in the same condition as found. If additional cleaning is needed or damages occur, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Responsibility for Damages: The Lessee is responsible for any damages to the party room or its contents during the rental period. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the Lessee if the costs exceed the deposit amount.

• Cleaning: The Lessee is responsible for leaving the party room in a clean and orderly state, similar to the condition at the start of the rental period. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees, which will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the Lessee.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

• Use of Premises: The Lessee shall use the party room solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. The Lessee agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by The Pickle Jar for the use of its facilities.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky.

By reserving the party room at The Pickle Jar, the Lessee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
